I have small studio with few models on many better webcam sites. I've been over a 2 year succesfully work like Webcam Studio Owner and now wish to connect my life with work in Technical Support. Native Russian. English speaking.

I know firsthand how many Russian speaking Models work on webcam sites. With the development of Internet in Russia, more and more Russian Members come to Webcam sites with desire to Sign-Up and purchase Credits. However, because of poor English skills, distrust of the sites and pay online, low computer education, misunderstanding specific work/private chat on the site,- much part of Members and Models leave this matter in the middle. What problems I see and needs to resolve it

- Every Models/Studios/Members from Russia and Ex USSR countries needs help with Russian Support
- Very often Studios and Models from Russia and Ex Soviet countries write invalid information about themselves, fictitious addresses. They scary having problems with his law, and have a poor English skill.
- Use fake passports for Models Registration under 18 years..
- Need help to choosing payment method.
- Members, who unable to resolve his problem (because they don't understand English well) go out to the Russian-speaking webcam sites, which level is much lower and the choice of models is much smaller. And Your Company not received this money!

All of this leads to misunderstanding between Models/Owners and Your only English speaking Tech Support, as a consequence of consuming a lot of time with your Support, many Models and the Studios, unable to understand situation, will change the scope of activities, as a result you will lose a significant portion of potential revenue.
These and other problems I know not by hearsay, as seen in the first steps of my work as Studio Owner and watching the work of other studios in Russia and Ex Soviet countries, as well as issues encountered at many various Russian speaking live sex videochat. forums.
