Usually when I hear "10 years exp in design" it translates as "my designs look 10 years old". You got some good work there man. Why not hire yourself for a day and build a portfolio... thems a lot of links to click. Anyway... good work and good luck to you

MIxed feelings on that beng. We Are designers... we need to earn man. Of course you have follow you personal concience in these matters. But No-where in our job description does it state we have to be the dalai lama.
