Hey guys & girls, as the title suggests, we are looking for someone who is experienced in managing TGPs and tubes. Duties would fall under everything associated with the sites including building traffic trades through scripts, managing submissions, getting more submissions, handling hardlink trades and any other general webmaster duties associated with such.

Responsibilities for the successful applicant would also be to build upon our network of supporting sites by either using wordpress or straight up hand-building from the html up.

This is a part-time position entailing 8-10 hours a week to start.

Skill Requirements:

- Proven ability to grow traffic using trade scripts.
- Must poses good English writing and grammar skills. With the current duties and as the position grows, we will need you to take on other duties that are more critical and the ability to convey your message to our audience clearly is very important.
- Knowledgeable in FTP/Wordpress/HTML/Some CSS.
- Adheres to deadlines and is able to work on own. We are available via Email and ICQ should you need assistance for technical matters beyond your credentials.

- Ability to research and implement methods that provide growth.


Duties:

- TGP:
Manage incoming gallery submissions
Add sponsor hosted galleries.
Manage and increase traffic using supplied trade scripts, link exchanges and anything that would increase and grow traffic that's appropriate.

- Tube:
Implement the ability for webmasters to submit clips as well as manage the incoming submissions.
Add sponsor hosted FLVs.
Implement traffic building techniques using scripts, link exchanges and anything that would increase and grow traffic that is appropriate.

- Freesites:
Periodically update our freesites and create new ones. Each one is hosted on it's own domain. Either hand code or use wordpress. Your choice.
Increase and grow traffic using link trades, submissions to directories and any other appropriate methods.

- Miscellaneous:
Help out with other projects that we need more man-hours on if/when the time arises.

- Reporting:
Provide periodic run-down reports outlining status of traffic.
