Hustler is seeking an effective and creative Online Sales & Marketing Manager. This person will oversee all of the marketing initiatives for Internet and E-Commerce including affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing, social marketing, search engine marketing, media buying, print advertising, viral marketing, B2B marketing, and adult industry related public relations campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

? Increase existing sales on all web properties and bring in new business
? Execute affiliate communications such as e-newsletters offers and affiliate payments
? Lead recruitment campaigns for new affiliates and build relationships
? Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
? Perform daily reporting and analysis of affiliate traffic, sales, margins, commissions and costs
? Help develop new marketing tools and programs for the affiliate program
? Work with third-party vendor on Search Engine Optimization, PPC campaigns and refine current Google AdWords and Bing advertising programs
? Define and implement best practices for e-mail campaigns and landing pages
? Develop and execute new product promotions with marketing teams
? Assist with coordinating all marketing initiatives with print advertising
? Research and coordinate potential on-line media buys such as remarketing campaigns and banner advertising.
? Assist in recognizing new revenue streams on all online properties
? Collaborate with other marketing staff to integrate/complement marketing messages and strategies, including on-page tactics to enhance conversions.
? Create marketing strategies and work with account management to maximize existing acquisition opportunities and continuously work to identify new ones
? Seek and provide information to help determine new online customer markets
? Oversee ongoing development and deployment of marketing creatives
? Perform competitor analysis and constant monitoring
? Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers
? Assist with developing and executing social media marketing strategy
? Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in area of web marketing and engagement

Requirements:

? 3-5 years web marketing experience
? Excellent understanding of e-mail campaign performance metrics and promotions
? Experience with creating ideas for viral marketing
? Passion for e-commerce and the ability to use data/insights for driving marketing decisions
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (strong knowledge of Excel a must)
? Knowledge of affiliate program software such as NATS or MPA
? Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
? Self-motivated, creative and organized
? Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills
? High integrity, energy, motivation and enthusiasm
? Ability to work independently and team settings
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
? Knowledge of adult industry and established relationships a plus
