ISO Designer/Engineer for Male Escort Review Site - GoFuckYourself.com

Greetings all!

I'm in search of a talented Designer/Engineer to build a site for M4M escort reviews. Examples (not that I like) are DaddysReviews.com, CruisingforEscorts.com and finally, MaleEscortReview.com.

Unlike these sites, I'm looking for something modern, sleek and have very easy navigation.

Features should include:

1) Ability for escorts to manage and respond to reviews.
2) Reviewers should have an account that can be linked to their reviews. There should also have a callback or text feature to confirm the reviewer is who they say they are as well as email verification.
3) System to dispute negative reviews.
4) Star system where highly rated escorts can be featured
5) Advertising interface such as OpenX
6) Escorts should be able to link back to their reviews through simple, short personal links

These are just some of the basic features. I just want to make sure that whomever I hire has the ability to integrate these key points.
