As an Affiliate Manager, you will manage and drive selected key clients accounts across the affiliate partner base.

Working alongside the Head of Products and the Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Sales Director, you'll assist the expansion of accounts and ROI maximization of the affiliate program.

The successful candidate should be a proven expert in the affiliate markets (preferably adult mobile market), able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and passion for this area. Combining a rigorous commitment and a proactive attitude to identify new opportunities and clients.
Key responsibilities include:

Grow affiliate traffic through proactive recruitment of new affiliates and cultivation of existing affiliates;

Attain and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual traffic growth objectives;

Source, evaluate and recruit new affiliates through industry knowledge, research and cold contacts;

Manage relationships with active affiliates, helping them to improve performance and volumes;

Managing and implementing new accounts, including campaigns/url set up and contractual agreements;

Media forecasting, planning, booking, and reconciling of digital campaigns;

Campaign reporting, analytics & recommendations - monitoring KPIs targets against actuals;

Monitor and ensure affiliate partners are aware of and are in compliance with affiliate program guidelines;

Serve for continued development of affiliate capabilities, conveying affiliates? needs and working to implement and support new functionality;

Attend industry-related functions for networking opportunities and enhanced knowledge;

Promote the company while establishing it?s communication strategy on both events and online community.

The role requires the following knowledge and skills:
Self-motivated, resourceful, organized, dedicated, driven and passionate individual.
Detail oriented, outgoing, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Internet/Mobile marketing
Ability to compile and analyze performance data to make marketing decisions
Track record of exceeding sales goals
A believer in follow-up and perseverance
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience creating relationships from scratch in order to sell a product, service or idea
Experience negotiating terms within given boundaries
Professionalism in all modes of communication and interaction, both internally and externally
Team player who contributes positively to company culture and goals
Must possess a positive hands-on, can-do attitude.
Must be cleverly autonomous.
