The PHP Programmer I'm looking for is always online and available to help for at least a few hours a day. We work on Mechbunny and other PHP sites so you should at least be a MechBunny junky and a PHP whiz. Salary/Pay scale is negotiable (you will also get bonuses):

Basic Requirements
- Almost always on Skype or ICQ (that's your lifestyle)
- Can speak good english and speaks in complete sentences, etc
- Knows the ins and outs of a tube site to optimize it for best performance
- Can integrate HTML to MechBunny a few times a week
- Understands Sitemaps
- Knows Apache

Those are the basics. There's always more that needs to get done
