I already have the wireframes done. It's not terribly complicated. My wordpress site currently looks like it's from 1998, I just want it to look cooler.

I've tried this already with 4 "wordpress developers," offered them money, gave them the project, they agree to it, and they disappear... Not sure what that is. If you can do this and want to be paid, please contact me.

Design skills would also be required. I have a bunch of images that I would give you to make a collage out of for background/banner stuff.

I use my wordpress site to drive traffic to my porn sites. I post on wordpress, and it auto-posts to tumblr and twitter for me, and I need that to look smooth too.

apart from your site looks outdated... or even somehow "empty" to me it's also loading qute slowly because of the all videos are loaded at the same time as the page:

So after 1.1 minutes of loading your home page I have stopped it.
It loaded some 57MB of data. Even 10% from those 57 is considered too much.

So IMO you need to improve that first since it will drive away most of users instantly off the site..
