We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director who will spearhead integrated marketing efforts

You will be the third addition to our growth team and work alongside our management and product team to move the needle in our favour. You embrace team play and are keen on new challenges in a startup environment. You love consumer facing products.

The position is based in Budapest, Hungary.

Your key responsibilities:

Planning, development and implementation of all our marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations.
Leadership of the Growth Team by setting ambitious goals and support of the team to reach the set goals.
Search out, test and optimize all sort of distribution channels including social, content, affiliate and media buying (CPM, CPC, CPA).
Define success criteria and KPIs for campaigns and implement the reports & dashboards on GA prior to every campaign launch.
Establish, measure, track and report the performance of each channel.
Work with the product team to improve and quickly iterate our web application based on incoming quantitative user data. Data beats opinion.
