I'm building a CMS for models (cloud hosted for them with no hosting, designer, programmer, or billing headache) and want to give them the ability to choose between different templates.

Basically, I want a bunch of themes they can choose and everything changes (just like a Wordpress template).

I don't need any programming, just static HTML/CSS mockups that I will then make dynamic myself.

These are my ideal requirements:

1) Must use a responsive framework (either Twitter Bootstrap or MaterializeCSS).

2) Must work on desktop and mobile with the same design (responsive). Ideally it should should use all the same elements and be responsive but hiding and showing elements can be used sparingly where it is appropriate. I want to avoid having a separate template for desktop and mobile.

3) No graphic assets needed (just HTML/CSS).

4) Placeholders for header, footer, and page background image. Can provide simple default images if you want. These will be replaced by the model or a webmaster in the CMS.

4) Template must be designed to work with the same inputs. Meaning the model can change to a different template at will and everything will change seamlessly. Again, don't need the programming for this. Just make different static template mockups that all have the same "content" and I'll handle the programming. This should function similar to how a Wordpress theme can be changed and everything just works with a different design instantly.

Inputs to the template will be:
a) model name
b) site name
c) site description
d) updates (title, description, video length, number of photos, tags, a few slots for small and large thumbnails)
e) status updates (think Twitter or Facebook post). These can be a photo, video, text, link, etc. Provide one of each.
f) tour area
g) members area
h) about page (should accept key/value pairs for the biographical info as well as a few large text blurb fields).
i) join page
j) splash page (text with a placeholder for a large image)
h) optional model directory functionality (see below)

5) Templates should be flexible with color changes. Most likely this means the CSS uses a main color (or maybe 2, but definitely 3 colors max) and then uses shades of that color using transparencies. E.g., background-color: #f00 on one element and then background-color: #fff; opacity: 0.5 on another element that is overlayed on top to give it a different shade.

6) Must provide a means to change the color scheme easily without changing dozens of different CSS values. A CSS preprocessor would probably be the best way.

7) Must use proper indentation. All closing tags must be in the same row or the same column as the opening tag. At least 4 spaces or use tab for indentation.

8) Pagination links. Again, just statically mock something up.

I'm looking for someone who knows what should be included in tours and members area and does not need a lot of direction from me. I want a wide variety of layouts and looks. You're the creative director.

Plus if you can use Jade for the HTML and Stylus for the CSS.

I prefer Stylus, SASS, LESS, or CSS in that order.

Plus if you can use version control (git).

Plus if you can use CSS animations (for enter, leave, and changing elements). No Javascript animations please. I have my own isomorphic framework and this will make things difficult.

Plus if there is consistency between the pages within a theme so that I can swap out sections dynamically without a full page reload.

I'm also going to include multi-model sites so plus for multi-model functionality: model directory, model page w/ stats and updates, "models in this update", "this model(s) is also in these updates", etc. I need both solo model and multi-site templates so both types of work are available depending on what you want to do.

Feel free to make your life easier if you want to use -prefix-free or something like that.

Free free to use small graphics for buttons, icons, etc if you feel the need. I would prefer if you used something like FontAwesome or had just pure HTML / CSS though. Graphic buttons are difficult to change colors on in an automated fashion. If you do use your own icons, plus for sprite sheets.

Compensation is dependent on how much of this you can provide, the quality of the work, and how convenient you can make things for me.

P.S., if any models are interested in their own sites, or anyone looking to build sites for models and looking for a whitelabel solution please let me know. Also, anyone with access to models who wants to refer them and make commissions. I'll have an alpha release in the next few weeks.
