Hey Alenci,
I am not your man for this job, but if you ever want to explore in automating this hit me up on skype. If you have a huge list of videos that have to be tagged it might be a good idea to try to auto tag them to make sure your human taggers are not tagging 100 "blonde" videos in a row but try to mix them for a better spread.
