The obvious answer would be, cam sites. Poaching. (without giving away the more unique ways)

If you read the title, I wrote new, upcoming.. I din't make an announcement that we're live an working 100%, we're still developing site, and I wrote that I'm in need for cam girls/models to hire.

The site will be fully developed, finished and live in two weeks.
