Replacement:

- If the account is not set up according to the stated criteria
- If advertising is not allowed on the account (unless payment method is enabled)

In what cases an account can't be replaced:
- If more than 24 hours have passed since you purchased the account.
- If you have been blocked after launching an advertising campaign.
- If you decide to try and remove the block yourself.

Refunds:
Refunds are made within 24 hours if the buyer's side does not agree to a replacement.
Provided that the account is in the same condition as at the time of purchase (No locks or bans).
