Looking for someone who can build me a simple site/script.

What Im looking for is as follows:

Im looking for a backend that will allow me to simply create new pages with a URL of my choosing, and specify a main image (IMG or GIF), and a redirect link for that specific page. Id like those page entries to be editable as well.

So when you goto the main domain.... Domain.com it would just be a log in to an admin panel. (Or if this ends on on wordpress, the wordpress login)

Once logged in, a listing of all the current pages:

DOMAIN.com/pageabcxyz (Current Main Image Thumbnail) (Current redirect link)
DOMAIN.com/pagexyzabc (Current Main Image Thumbnail) (Current redirect link)

With the option to delete those pages, or edit the image and redirect link

And the option to create new pages.

For images, I do not want to host the images, Id like to put in an IMGUR, or Redgifs link.

Ultimate goal of the script is to be able to easily manage, create, edit, delete all these URLs and post those created URLs on reddit/twitter etc, have the main image show up as the thumbnail image in the reddit/twitter post, and when clicked redirect to the URL of my choosing.
