Our agency is currently looking to extend our existing team of chatters. We are looking for individuals who have perfect conversational English, track record of consistent sales and most important of all, dedication to always strive for more sales. We expect a subscriber: message ratio of at least 1:4, meaning for every 1000$ from subscribers you should be able to generate at least 4000$ from PPV.

The ideal applicants should have their own strategies to build long lasting relationships with our clients and generate revenue from them but be open to training and feedback from our chatting experts. We are looking for someone that can adapt to situations and look up unknown topics on the spot in order to create an emotional relationship, not someone who has a big list of the same responses to spam.

Payment is 15-20% of net earnings on the account based on performance and dedication. Ideally, we are looking for chatters who can work 8-12/day from all around the world in order to cover 24 hrs.

A) Please consider consulting a "Chatting" expert to improve the ad. The current interpretation suggests a shrinking presence, but an operation of this magnitude calls for expansion.

B) I suggest inviting people to an interview. For those who meet the minimum satisfactory level, release them with notes, allowing them to improve and return. If they fail again, it's an opportunity for you to get it right. Start off with four people for one position.

Nota Bene: A manuscript is like oil. It represents a significant payment obligation.

It is the management's responsibility to ensure the thriving of the business by providing continuity, guiding conversations to closure, and outlining the next steps. Quality control through KPIs and other measures plays a crucial role. That's why starting off with four people creates a circular flow.

Hey I am filipino-american living in Los Angeles California. I run and manage a full BPO in the Philippines where I have a full office of chatters with quality analysts watching their screens in person 24/7. I was wondering if you were looking for any chatters currently we charge either $5 hour with 5% commisssion on net sales, or just 20% commission flat.

I am availabale to hop on a video call where I show my facee on camera, and I am willing to screenshare some of my Gologin profiles so you can know that I am completely legit.
