I have over 500 dvd's that I need to be encoded to flv videos. Most dvd's have 3-4 full length scenes, some more.

I need the very best quality with the smallest size possible for the quality we are looking for.

Is there any companies that do this? Anyone want to take on the job.

I also have lots of movies that need to be cut up into 4-5 min clips and converted.

be careful, a lot of the encoding companies in adult really suck at what they do.... no QC.
