As Country Manager you it will be your responsibility to ensure leverage of market specific conditions in marketing planning and execution as well as executing global marketing strategies on a local level, in order to achieve financial & strategic objectives

Key responsibilities

o Country representative for the brand

o Plan and execute local promotions

o Define competitive local pricing/offers

o Develop and manage channels, including partners/affiliates and local events

o Gather information on local market, competition, and regulatory situation

o Support Central Marketing

o Handle/support local PR activities

Candidate qualifications

o Have a solid understanding of the adult or webcam industry

o Able to communicate and cooperate effectively with all internal and external resources

o Excellent spoken / written communication skills (Local Language + English)

o Proven track record of managing projects

o Educated to a Graduate level or above - preferable

o Professional marketing qualification - preferable

o Sales and marketing experience. Preferably with an online / e-commerce background

Ideal candidates should be;

o Expert marketing manager with experience in a fast paced online business.

o Good sales experience - Great track record of develop of pitching, negotiating and managing long term partnerships.

o Experience in affiliate management

o Excellent contact network and agency knowledge within the online sector.

o Experience in handling a substantial budget responsibility

o Experience within gaming sector essential - agency or client side.

o Great analytical and reporting skills.

o Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality.

o A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

o Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with different company executives.

o Reliable, tolerant, and determined.

o Well presented and businesslike.

o Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel when necessary.

o Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.

o Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

o Must be adept in use of Internet, e-mail and Microsoft applications particularly Excel and Word.
