Well i'm snowed under so im not punting on this.
But when i do a wordpress theme, it takes me a day to do the psd to wordpress bit. I havnt seen your project... but I cant see it costing you more than 250 ish. And with the current influx of cheap designers ... you could get it done much cheaper than that.
