This is the letter Fabian sent to employees

Hi everyone!



It has been a long time since most of us have talked, but today I am reaching out for an announcement that I am sure has been rumoured around the office in the last few months.



It is with a sad heart that I have to announce that I have decided to sell Manwin to Manwin's top Management Team. Please believe me that this decision has been one of the hardest in our lives for both my wife and myself. We have grown fond of all of you and are happy to be able to call many of you our close and dear friends.



But exactly for this reason we believe this move is the best for everyone. Both myself and Manwin are at a stage where I can no longer add significant value to the best of my ability. I hope I have taught all of you and management the right values to be able to continue the company in the best possible way and I am looking forward to following its development.



Who knows, maybe some of our paths will cross again in the years to come. If anyone wants to chat, I can be reached via my old Manwin eMail address for the foreseeable future.



I hope you had a good time with my family and myself around and can keep fond memories of our fun times together. Keep up the great work everyone and hopefully see you soon!

And also to comment that thing how fabian "owns" manwin-it seems to me how he got initial money from venture funds in exchange for percentage of company,but for some reason he never wanted to admit that.

Fabian always denied I had sources inside manwin ......I got that email within 2 minutes of him sending it

He still has a trial to attend right? Guess Manwin ain't going to flip the bill... or is he out of it now?

This is not good news for Manwin or those it owes money to I don't think.

The big question is whether Fabian jumped or was he pushed.

Most people say the original Montreal boys who started pornhub and Brazzers never left, so maybe they've taken control back. Fabian went out and got the money to expand the company, targeted adult sites and companies to buy which he did - and now his work is done, so he's gone.

at 1000+ employees its probably not surprising that you have a couple foul apples...

Actually its more likes theres a few good apples in a barrel of rotten ones, odd as it may sound Fabian wasnt universally loved by his employees and some manwin employees still think that tube sites are content theft, specially when the stolen videos are added by employees.

He is still pending trial and under what we call house arrest.

The top managers are David Tassilo and Feras Antoon CFO and CEO respectively

taught the right values he says.

Some irony in that the tube tycoons realized when they vertically integrated into the content/paysite business that their tubes had caused so much damage that even they can't see investing in it anymore so the focus of the company will return to stealing content and selling advertising/traffic to the scum from the Tribe of Levi and their like.

Is it confirmed that they are investing significantly less in content production now? Or is that just what Mike South says?
