No one should ever just believe something based on their "party affiliation". It's sad so many people are so fucking gullible that all it's takes is a headline for them to believe it.

It took me 1 paragraph to realize the guy writing that article was full of shit when he tried to use a study about sea ice as proof the ice caps aren't melting. It then took another 2 mins to look up his credentials and find out he is just a talking head for a right wing GW denial group. All of this info was found with in a few clicks with very little effort..

Yet guys like Baddog wont take 2 mins to understand the truth, because he is telling them exactly what he wants to hear.

It's sad how Forbes has gone from a respectable magazine to a blog that almost anyone can get an account to post on.

They also do a horrible job of distinguishing between what has been written by staff (and fact checked), and that of which is written by a "contributor." That is probably by design.

It's pretty fucked TBH.. If you look at this guy's other articles on Fobes they are just as bad as this one, so it's not like Forbes cares about the content quality it seems they are only after ad views their bloggers can achieve.

Listened to Pres. Obama today telling a graduating class of Coast Guard cadets that man-made "climate change" (he wouldn't say global warming because the weather might change again lol) was now a matter of "national security".

No, not "national security" because of the world ending....but "national security" because the military needs to be ready to put down all the citizens who would end up starving and fighting. lol
He actually said this: "The military has to be ready for what's coming" Not: "The military needs to be cut back and it's HUGE carbon emissions stopped"

He then said it wasn't going "to be easy" "We all must sacrifice" to cut down carbon emissions.

All I could think when I heard that was...Pres. Obama isn't going to have a tough time at all. And he won't be "sacrificing" ANYTHING. He will continue to ride on private planes and big limousines. He will continue to have our military emit more carbon than every citizen COMBINED.
And while he expects us all to "sacrifice"...he will be leaving the White House for his brand new multi-million dollar mansion on the beach in Hawaii.

Nope, there will be NO sacrifice in any politician's households.

It's just the rest of us who must "sacrifice". Typical of the elite ruling class.

They claim to "care" about the normal people and especially the poor. And then they make sure to empty our wallets of whatever money we have left while THEY live like Kings and Queens.

NASA and NOAA found out that 2014 was the warmest year on record. But Senator Inhofe doesn't believe the facts, despite the fact that the facts came from these science agencies, and thinks that a snowball in his back yard is proof that they are wrong.
