The last site i had designed was done by Ric at http://www.libidodesign.com/ Great use of colors and not a cookie cutter design.

He has also made me banners, buttons and galleries.
And the galleries convert, too :)

WOW thanks guys, I try my hardest to get them out on time, and there are times when i just cant but I either do a few free, or give them 50% off the total order... Shit happens sometimes get too swamped or just plain forget when dealing with lots of folks. I try not to let it get that far but it happens sometimes, NOT often though Thank the porn gods.
