Madrox aka jaysin was paid to create a script for me about a month an a half ago. We agreed on the spec and he agreed on the price. The agreed time zone was 2 weeks also, he started working and everything has been going fine.

I paid $350 upfront as the first payment. So far its been over 6 weeks since we first agreed on this. He failed to meet the deadline and said he had issues. I gave him an extra week twice but he failed to complete it.

Since then he has disappeared from AIM for me (probably he ignored me and planned to keep my money) and didnt respond to the several emails ive sent him.

Now i have hired a real programmer to carry out this job but jaysin has not been in contact and my hopes of getting my money back are slim to none.

So jaysin, where the fuck is my money or my script you cunt?

i didnt want it to come to this. I dont dislike him as a person but to do business with he doesnt seem like the most reliable person.

I just want my money back now and then i can move on.

madrox is a straight shooter, and no one has seen him around in a few weeks...I think something may have happened to him

hey man, i just got the message, like someone said before i was in the middle of moving and my incopetant isp fucked shit up and i was struggling with them for the last 2 weeks to get shit straight, finally got it fixed yesterday and net back like 5 mins ago, i didn't try to scam you or nothing, Rev, Bods, you guys are right, i had no intentions of scamming him, and to be honest, ill refund you the $350 that you paid upfront when i get some money in my accounts, and if you want, even give you the script when its finished...

i didn't scam him or plan on it, its called incopitent fucking isp's who hire idiots because they don't have to worry about competition because they are the only ones who offer the service....

I wish he was on GFY when I had the falling out w/ him about a script about a year and a half ago. He seems to respond faster and actually offer refunds (even though you're waiting on money to reach his accounts). :(

I thought he was past this. Even if an ISP is out and I had clients, I'd go to a public computer somewhere and mail a person from a public service email (gmail) to let the client know the situation. That's just how good business is done.
