Paysighting = Scammer

Paysighting is a scammer ..
about 2-3 weeks ago I've posted here on GFY thread about epass to paypal exchange : http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=881409

So he send me ICQ etc.. so I've sent him $530 and waited about 5-6 minutes and no money and no answers ..
after a couple of hours he told me to send him an email and I did it and here was his reply:

I understand that you are angry, but i want to give you some kind of explanation.
If you look att the threads i made the last week on gfy you can tell that i was pretty desperate.
I had an electricity bill that had to be taken care of asap. The last day i caould pay it was Friday.
I have tried basically everything, but i could'nt fix the damn bill.
So, i noticed your thread, and i saw my chance. Yes, i know it's low, and i cant fucking belive i actually did it.
I have never ever scammed someone, and i could never live with a thing like this.
I used your money to pay that fucking bill.

Is my bills your responsibilty? No, of course not. But again, i was desperate and afraid. I saw a chance and i took it.

Now what? I'm not gonna just sit here and keep your money. I'm gonna pay it back. Every single dime. Only thing is i cant do it today.

All i ask is that you dont ruin any threads for me, so that i can gather epass funds from a cpl. of new design deals im going to offer tomorrow, and Friday.

Im not asking you to forgive me. That would just be silly if i expected something like that.
No, only thing i ask is that you leave my threads alone, so i can make some $ to pay you back asap.

So I've waited then he told me when he get his salary he'll load his epass account and send me the money .. plus a couple of some more bullshit emails ..
However I didn't get my money back ..
So Don't Send ANY Money to this Fucking SCAMMER

there are just a few ppl here who do transfer who are ok, you have to get vouched for and Id never send that much to someone I dont know, still it sucks

Times are really hard for everyone, yes, but he went about this 100% wrong way, morally, SO sad to see somebody stoop this low

it was beginning to get obvious the guy is/was desperate and this little incident will cost him more than the amount he scammed for.

once a scammer always a scammer. how do you know this is the first, or the last? you dont.

Same guy but for a design job not a transfer, hope this works out... you only need to put some labor in the finish that job I'm not sure what this has to do with utilities

id be surprised if ANY of it had to do with utilities,... once you start seeing the "oh i got 6 kids to feed, i need to pay my light bill" thats all sympathy shit.
