I have been holding onto this domain for quite a while now. I am torn between developing it and selling it. If anyone wants it, now would be the time. Once I develop it, it's not going to be for sale anytime in the near future. I already have an offer in the 6 figure range, so serious bidders only.

I am only going to sell it to an end user. This is not a domain dump because I don't need to sell it. I recently went through my domains and I need to do something with it. Depending on how bidding goes, maybe i will list it at the auction.

I still did pretty good with it. Only recently moved it to parking because i am mulling some mainstream ideas for it as well.

6 figures maybe a few years ago - unfortunately you won't see anything close to it

Great domain but I'm not that sure I would do an adult site on it.

I guess it all depends on who you know then I guess. Because I already have a 6 figure offer.

That is what I am fighting with. I have a few mainstream thoughts as well as the inherent adult spin on the name. I will probably only sell the domain if it is an offer that really overwhelms me.
