please paxum, come inside
hello gfy, excuse for thread about paxum, but i need a help. please, paxum people, can you explain me what type of document do i have to send you_ i have received yesterday that i have to upload some document or my account will be frozen tomorrow. two days for some uploads, ok ... now, i have sent email immediately yesterday, no reply from you so far. now, i absolutely dont understand what kind of document you want. i have sent you already my national card scan, and i do not have any other document! where do you live please? where i live all we need is one document with photos, i have no other document, so i will get my account frozen? i asked this in email, but no answer and tomorrow my account will be frozen ... i fucking dont get it ... so, please, can someone from paxum give me reply to email from adress radimcillik at gmail? thank you much in advance, payments are on the way and i will have no chance to work with my money because, because i really dont understand why :Oh crap

I have exactly that same issue with Paxum..they kept asking me for ID's i don't have, just the most important one we have here in my country is a national ID card.. which i scanned and sent in.
They kept asking me for more types of ID's which i told them i don't have, i also sent in utility bills, bank statement and even CC statement. I think they finally verified my account as when you log in you see ACCOUNT VERIFIED in green font. But i keep getting e-mails from them that i need to sent in documents to verify my account, to me this looks like some bug in their system, will contact them again today. The Paxum verification process is one of the most annoying i have ever seen. |
i got the same. they already have my dl in full color. i think they want me to send the actual dl to them, so they can see if it is real. it is a lesson in how to lose customers.

First let me address a typo within the email - 11:59pm EST Friday, April 17th 2011 being the deadline - that is infact a typo it is suppose to read 11:59pm EST Sunday, April 17th 2011.
Non us/canadian account holders do need to provide two forms of ID and proof of address. You can work with our verification team to get you up to speed and the best way to do this is to communicate DIRECTLY WITH THEM. As stated many times before remote employees such as my self - ruth & Al do not have access to verification documents or any personal account information of yours so we can not see exactly the reason they are requesting more documents from you. Now with that said - we did infact yesterday send out emails to accounts holders that still have not verified their account or if they have started the verification process and they need to finish or fix an issue with one of the forms of ID. This was an AUTOMATED process that scanned for accounts that where not 100% in compliance. There very well could be errors with this so you will need to submit a ticket and work with them to get it sorted out. If you have made arrangements before with verification and got approved let them know that when you submit your ticket. As stated in the email aswell all account functionality will remain intact during this process. If you can not meet the verifications process we are requesting after the deadline your card will still work and the funds currently on it will be available to you and after the deadline all other forms of withdraw will still work just card functionality will not be restored until you get this resolved with us. Again the way to resolve this issue is to work directly with the verification team by opening a ticket. |

But when i login to my account there is: Personal Account User: Vincent (Verified Account) I'm lost.. |

I just got this document verification shit too. I submitted and had docs approved as soon as i signed up like 4 months ago.
I wrote back to the email that i already had in fact submitted my docs and they were accepted, they wrote back this. "Dear piwowar konrad , We have checked your account and it is Unverified. There are no documents uploaded to your Paxum Account." Yet, I have thier mastercard in my wallet, just used it at an ATM, and my account in big bold letters at the top says "Business Account User: Konrad Piwowar (Verified Account) ". Come on paxum, get your shit together here... |
same shit here, my account was verified months ago and now it's not? i am in thailand on vacation, i guess i will miss the deadline

same here, i scanned my passport and emailed to them. After few days, i got an email stating i need to submit proof of address. So i scanned and emailed my cable bill. It was verified. But i keep on getting "you need to submit an id to get verified" email.
Damn, they got all my infos! Now that's a thing to worry. |

This looks like a turning point for Paxum. I know I'm not going to reverify myself every 3 months with these guys, and I know that there are others out there that don't want to do that. I sent my stuff in the first time - you verified my account. Now the account needs to stay verified or we can all pick up and move to another payment processor. After all we haven't been with Paxum that long and lots of people have been cautious and there are tons of new guys popping up that would LOVE to take Paxum's customers. |

This is exactly what you need to be verified. If or some reason you have given all of that - open a ticket and let them know. If you do not have those documents and you made an arrangement with verification previously let them know that and include that communication. and nanobot - if you have something to say .. say it. |

i have now my problem solved, after submitting ticket and asking what i can do, cause i really cannot do much more, they said nothing else is needed and i can use my paxum account with no problem in future. so, have luck everyone and thank you paxum for solving the issue ...
