I didn't actively promote them, but I referred affiliates who did. Seeing this thread I checked and it looks like they closed my account as well. Guess they'll be keeping those referrals I sent for themselves.

The only affiliates removed were ones that made ZERO sales and ZERO rebills in a 12 month period. Seriously, that's ZERO. Why do you need access to - or want to work with a program you can't make a sale on?

We'll concentrate on our valued partners who are making a few sales a year and try to help them make more, by not having the content diluted with those unable to make a sale (or worse, using our content to sell other programs).

honestly no, after the second day of dragging that joke out it looked pretty serious. Especially after being asked straight out if he thought of his models as sub-human. When the link was posted two-three days after the fact, i never saw it, and i doubt the few other people that 'didn't get it' did either.

We may make some exception for those close to it but in essence, no.
We're looking for partners and someone who hasn't sent any new sales in over 12 months, isn't keeping up there part of the partnership but just taking. They've been well paid for that sale if it's still re-billing 12 months later and while our expenses grow and we have to pay maintenance, they're not providing anything.
We've already removed people who just signed up to get their own discount memberships and having less affiliates in the system will enable us to spot bad affiliates do that faster as well as concentrate on affiliates who are actually trying to make sales each day by WORKING.

Then, quite frankly, you suck.

It's tough enough in this business, but if you just reward yourself with the affiliate commission of someone who's just made one or two sales and not made threshold in 12 months then thats very shitty. If you close accounts for low or no activity you should at least pay out what the person sending those sales has earned. :2 cents:

Since then you've made no sales whatsoever or have any rebills.
I've left your account open for if you're able to increase your traffic but also as you've so many links up at your site. If you do choose to remove our links, please replace the content of ours that you are currently using to promote other sites, thanks.

Already paid one out to a Dog Sanctuary in Thailand for JScott. If people contact me direct I'll do that, but the fact is almost every one of these affiliates as ZERO in their owed income! Jscott was the only one with any income there.

It's extremely tough in this industry and far from rewarding ourselves, we'll put the money back into running a sustainable site that keeps a lot of people employed and pays out close to $1M in affiliate sales to those who are able to bring sales.

While I understand why people would be irritated, almost every account that have been removed has zero owed (as good as our sites are, getting re-bills lasting more than 7-8 months is getting rarer). So if an affiliate has been getting re-billed at an average of $17.50 per sale, then he would have hit the minimum pretty quick and been paid for it, as he's not made a new sale in over 12 months, then it's unlikely that he's going to have outstanding money.

You're looking at this all wrong. An affiliate may have dozens of programs they have made a few sales for and all these add up. Just looking at my StatsRemote I have over $6000 owed to me by programs, $1200 of which is made up of small sales amounts to various programs, I keep pushing them to make minimum so I can cash out. If every program had your policy there's $1200 I wouldn't be getting.

As I said, the policy sucks and you suck for doing business this way. If you want to close out an account then pay it out. Don't act like the thieves that you find in the piracy world.

They've made ZERO sales in 12 months How many times do I need to repeat that? If there is historical money over from 2013, then if they contact me I'll deal with it on a case by case, but we haven't come across any yet.
