The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence said Monday it found “no evidence of collusion, coordination or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians,” as its Russia investigation starts to come to a close.

Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, who has led the committee’s bipartisan investigation into Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election, announced Monday that the panel had completed a more than 150-page draft report, with its initial findings and recommendations.

“We have found no evidence of collusion, coordination, or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians,” the committee said in a statement Monday.

“We didn't find any evidence of collusion and I don't think [Mueller] will either,” Conaway said on “Special Report.”

If Mueller's investigation comes back with all kind of collusion, everyone involved in the Republican Congressional investigation will be crucified.

How confident (be honest) are you at this point that Trump was knowingly colluding with Russians during the election?

Mueller wants out of this SHAM more than anyone you can bank on that. I wouldn't be surprised to hear from him in the next few days as well.

Mueller's job isn't to find collusion. His job (as put there by the establishment) is to search for ANYTHING to hurt Trump.

Just like Ken Starr did to Bill Clinton.

For that matter...RIGHT NOW the head of the FBI, the CIA, the NSA and every other spy agency we have ALREADY KNOW if there was ever any "collusion".

They not only spy on all of us all the time...but in Trump's case they had a FISA warrant allowing them to go all out on it.

Mueller is just a guy asking people questions. The spy agencys already have all the data and knowledge of what they heard, saw, or didn't hear and see.

The more this unfolds the more I am starting to think it will not be collusion, but obstruction that takes some people down. Even this Republican report says the Trump campaign had "some bad judgment, inappropriate meetings, inappropriate judgment in taking meetings." When that stuff started coming out Trump went on the attack and very well may have fucked himself.

Often times it isn't the crime, but the coverup that gets you.

Also, I have a feeling the Democrat version of this report will be very different.

Nunes is being investigated by the FBI and he said he recused himself from the house investigation, and he lied, he didn't.

Mueller thought it was best to shut down the house investigation because it was giving inside intel to Trump via Nunes.

The fact is however Nunes never stepped down. He stayed involved and was the final say on who the committee could interview and he blocked several interviews of people who were involved.. the house investigation has always been a sham...

Nunes is head of the House Intelligence committee. They have their own investigation running into MANY/ALL matters. Conway was running the actual "Trump/Russia collusion" investigation specifically.

Trump isn't helping Flynn either.... Trump could legitimately use campaign funds to help Flynn. This would be 100% legal use of those funds but Trump isn't helping him either.

He can't until it's all over... If he does then you nutjobs will be crying foul. The new judge is going to overturn his plea most likely. The law that they charged him with has never been used in it's existence. He was going broke so he had to stop the bleeding. If the judge finds the government did wrong he will likely be able to sue for the harm done to him which should take care of his financials .

The story I read said that the report will be sent to the Democrats for their suggested changes and that it is expected that those changes will be significant. So, it won't be another report, but I have a feeling their take on this report will be very different.

No, his job is to investigate for a crime - collusion. However, it's like a police officer. If a police officer pulls you over for speeding and finds meth in your car, well, you go to jail for having meth.
