Chump originally wanted $5.7 billion for the first stage of his vanity wall. Now i see reports of him trying to take over $8 billion from various resources. It is in fact, "new"... It was in fact, "built". What was there previously is now 100% gone. It was done ahead of schedule. More wall is in fact being built.
