So what are you trying to accomplish with this thread? the most important factor to evaluate an asset is how much money it is making otherwise the rest is raw material (in this case a wordpress theme an time to develop it) which most of us know how to do and are not willing to pay for it, if on the other hand you have a site generating revenue that is somehting that not everybody knows how to do ir and worth it to discuss.
