I managed to get 20k views (mostly organic search) on my site every month, and I have no idea how I got here. What should I do take it to the next level?

The same thing everyone else does. Put dating ads on it.

But be smarter than most of them. The dating ads go to dating site that YOU own.

How much cash did the 20K views brought in?

Ok that phrase scares me in that first find out where the traffic is coming from to know if it can be replicated. What does Google Analytics say? or your search console? at least can you provide me with the site and maybe I can help see what's going on.

Before you "go to the next level" better start learning how you got to where you are now

You must find where the 20k hits are from.

You may find most are bots from such as google.

Lets say these are real people, you need to see if people stay or leave quickly, and if they return.

If they go to your site then go away quickly then the you could be getting a billion hits a day and it is worthless.

Also is the hits coming from countries where they can spend money.

Then you need to work out if you can increase traffic.

But it may help if you inform us what type of site you have such as a blog or porn tube.

I was hoping you were going to say that you were female, with a huge bust, & thats why you were stuck in the washing machine...
