Buying revenue generating sites
 

I'm looking to takeover sites that you no longer want to manage. Ideally I'm looking to spend no more than 2k on each site.

If you have sites that you want to get rid of, please reach out to me. I'm willing to pay ~ 10x your monthly revenue.

I disagree, there are many beginners who start with very basic sites and self host all their videos on their own VPS. These owners usually quit in a couple months due to the sheer about of manual work.

I'm also interested in blogs and picture sites too.

It depends on the site but 10 months is not unusual for adult, especially for affiliate sites.
