Anyone use cj.com (commission Junction)?

I'm starting a new mainstream site and looking to build leads. So I would be an advertiser with CJ. Filled out the app but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with them.

They still around? I gave up on them around '02?

I didn't see any products worth pushing on there. Have you looked into Amazon affiliate ads? I did have some success with them. But I don't get much traffic to those sites anymore.

I don't know as an advertiser, but as an affiliate they suck hard and I've sent them very targeted traffic over the years.

A billion years ago....LOL!

I get sales from them, but don't like how the system works from advertiser's pages, to banners, communication etc. The only thing I find smooth is the deposits of commission. At some occasions it's a real hell hole setup to waste your time as a publisher.

I've made a few thousand promoting a few different products on there a couple years ago, but keeping up on products and which programs are active or not is a lot of work..

Check out the reviews about their affiliate program on sites like his one:

Are these clowns still around? I've tried their program about 15 years ago and generated a few sales of TV sets in the USA. In total it was about $5000 USD (the sales, not my affiliate revenue), but haven't been paid because they said that all those American buyers were scammers.

Thanks for the feedback. One of my competitors uses them and I had never heard of them. BTW if anyone is interested in promoting a Pay Per Call Psychic site let me know.

If you are looking for affiliates, why not try them?
As an affiliate, nah, most commissions are in the 5 or 10% range the last time I looked a decade ago.

I don't remember many if any fees for affiliates when I was getting few small cheques from them 10 years ago.

I've made money from cj, linkshare, shareasale, adsense etc... for many years as I run mainstream ads on 434 mainstream domains and adult ads on 40+ adult domains currently.

I'd say if you need help acquiring affiliates cj is huge. If you don't need help acquiring affiliates and can manage that on your own then cheaper options are out there if just looking for affiliate management tools.
