Sorry but doesn't TJ have a dedicated person to help with questions? I'm sure Alexxx is really good - but check to see if you have a account manager assigned to you

TheLegacy is right, you should have an account manager there, his job is to help you and
usually the name and contact of account manager are somewhere at the right top corner. :thumbsup
