PAXUM - Withdraw Funds to External Card Problem
 
Hi,

I withdrew funds 2 days ago to my external card, but it's still initiated. I am having this issue first time. I sent a ticket and e-mail 2 days ago to Paxum and they not replied yet. What may I do to solve this problem please?

try visa. mastercard is not having it

I have no Paxum card. I withdraw to my external credit card. Also I can't try new withdraw proccess, because my money disappeared when I withdrew funds. I can't see my money in my Paxum account.

There is no status update like "Completed" for these transactions. They initiated it and it's all from their end. Now it depends on your bank card issuer when (and if) you receive your money.

When it's completed they send an e-mail like this:

Well, last time I used funds withdrawal to external card I only received an email with "Initiated" transaction status and I had the money on my bank account almost instantly, but it was like a year ago so maybe something changed. I'd try to contact Ruth.
