As someone who recently had a bit of before/after results to reference, I can say that being more physically fit makes a difference too. Head games is a big thing too but if your cock is a rock and you can physically fuck for quite a while, your body won't be as quick to make you close to coming. It made a huge difference for me...I got into tennis about 2 years ago and while my weight is up, BF% wise I'm still not far from my low of the past 10 years and ultimately the difference was pretty noticeable in the sack.
