Where can I find scripts to redirect traffic & resell traffic
 

redirect traffic script is supposed to "capture" traffic from a specified url and redirect it to another specified url.
Resell traffic script is similar except that it allows one to but to buy traffic in wholesale and redirect it to many urls as and when desired.

Any idea where can I find these two. Any recommendations?

Yes there are other ways to redirect but I am looking for a script really with sevral additional features.
