I have a client that has 10 dating sites available for sale. One of the sites is a full dating review site that has 381 reviews. The other sites are not developed. Client does not have the time to proceed on this venture and is motivated to sell by years end.

yea, what ballpark price does he have in mind? what are ballpark revenues?

A bit more info would be great to have. What types of dating sites are the others? The 1 you mentioned is a review site. What about the 9 others, even if they are undeveloped, or are they just domain names for sale?

There is no verifiable income as he never got past the building of the review site. He is asking mid-four figures.
