No, simply reminding people to backup their data. It's easy to forget, especially with the busy holidays.

I did my manual backup today. I actually backup every single database by hand. I learned that the hard way when I had to restore 50 databases from backup few years ago. What a pain.

For files, I just zip them all and download them from server.

You can always pay someone else to do your backups also !

They are done weekly, so that should be enough.

I do mine every 10 days when Time Machine reminds me. Makes it easy to backup the laptop.

I do the servers a minimum of once per month, usually twice per month.
