If you would make your paying customers a priority, you would avoid stressful situations that lead you to go on the attack. If someone pays you thousands of dollars, they expect their products in an efficient and timely manner. They become stressed when they fear they're being ripped off. It is normal to become emotional when you've spent a large amount of money and received bad service; it isn't normal for the service provider to fire back with an emotional response. I shouldn't have to email 5 times to remind you to send content. If other people are to blame for the delay, you need to implement a follow-up/verification system. Set reminders in your calendar and verify that the customer got what they ordered. Stop forgetting about me! The buck stops with you, you are my point of contact. If you can take this advice to heart, and not go on the offensive, you have taken your first step towards succeeding in business. |

Dodododa, thank you for the comments and you are 1000000% right.
It took them adding some new people using a white label for me to finally see it. These guys were so rude and so unprofessional, and then a light went off, that I was no better or worse than them. It was then I asked to come back and take over AFSC and since then I have made my existing customers my top priority. We're doing much better, orders are shipping fast over the last 3 months - slight delays this last week only cuz of holidays, but come January we'll be firing on all cylinders. Plus I got some help now and a ton of new content. So, I hope 2011 will top this year and I hope to win back many of the people I angered. This company is about content, GREAT content, and it should not be overshadowed by my attitude or poor performance, so as I have said all alone.. I must do better and I will do better. |

H again Dodododa.... Sorry they're working on a skeleton crew right now from December 22 until January 3rd... but 2 weeks is too long. Email me or ICQ me your order number please and I will call the person on duty and ask them to start your FTP within 30 minutes. Definitely don't want anyones anxiety level up this time of year. As soon as you get email me the order # I'll have it started.
