Zombaio rocks and i trust them!
With all these bullshit threads about zombaio in the last couple of days, its time to counter with a "like zombaio" thread.
They send me a letter 1.5 weeks ago about changes in fees. What did you guys expect? They have always been clear that those fees where to get big. Now that they are, they have to follow some more rules. If you dont like it, try and read up about adult payment processing. If you still dont get it, leave the adult, sell your paysites. They have been paying on time for 3 years. They openly admitted to being wrong and gave a reason for it. I understand some peoples concerns about payment delays, seeing the recent history with epass etc (i lost a few 100k too), but going paranoid isnt helping anyone. Relax, and give them some time. They are STILL cheaper then the other processors. |

They are building, growing, and except for that late payment (which can happen to the best of us) they have been posting in public about anything and everything. There are a lot of factors involved in getting the money to the right spot. And the reason sounds valid to me. Last thing we need now is a "bankrush". |

They rocked until this. There were plenty of opportunities for them to handle this properly but they didn't. No reason to wait this long for a wire, it was due the 22nd not on Christmas. The dates the wires are supposed to clear have been flexing every time I message them to let them know nothing has come through. Went from Monday or Tuesday, and now it's Thursday or Friday. What excuse will it be next week?

Oh yeah and trust now is shattered, if payments arrive this week, who knows maybe we can rebuild or repair the damage done...time will tell

It's holiday season and a lot of key heads were on vacation but have been called back in to sort this mess. But instead, we got bad humor about "funds in motion", "money is safe" so on and so forth. Do you see the difference? Overall, you guys have handled the PR on this situation very badly, and as such, people have responded negatively toward you (myself included). Edit: Just to clarify... I'm not upset because I was relying on the funds from zombaio. The way we're set up, we have checks coming in every week from different biller's. So it's not about the fact that we NEED the money with me, no, it's about the fact that history repeats itself all too often and I will do everything within my power as a single human being to ensure I, nor my company, gets screwed out of the money that we earned/made. |

This is nothing against Zombaio, but I think they need a PR guy here in the states. The situation could have been worded better so there was less confusion and panic.
