Zombaio rocks and i trust them!
 
With all these bullshit threads about zombaio in the last couple of days, its time to counter with a "like zombaio" thread.

They send me a letter 1.5 weeks ago about changes in fees. What did you guys expect? They have always been clear that those fees where to get big.

Now that they are, they have to follow some more rules. If you dont like it, try and read up about adult payment processing. If you still dont get it, leave the adult, sell your paysites.

They have been paying on time for 3 years. They openly admitted to being wrong and gave a reason for it.

I understand some peoples concerns about payment delays, seeing the recent history with epass etc (i lost a few 100k too), but going paranoid isnt helping anyone.

Relax, and give them some time. They are STILL cheaper then the other processors.

Im a paranoid fuck too, but its not anything like epass. They are building, growing, and except for that late payment (which can happen to the best of us) they have been posting in public about anything and everything.

There are a lot of factors involved in getting the money to the right spot. And the reason sounds valid to me.

Last thing we need now is a "bankrush".

They rocked until this. There were plenty of opportunities for them to handle this properly but they didn't. No reason to wait this long for a wire, it was due the 22nd not on Christmas. The dates the wires are supposed to clear have been flexing every time I message them to let them know nothing has come through. Went from Monday or Tuesday, and now it's Thursday or Friday. What excuse will it be next week?

You should know what we have went trough to get the payments out as fast as possible. I wish you could see. I was in frankfurt when i figured out (was supposed to celebrate the holydays there) took the first flight to Sweden. Callde in techs that had been granted vaccation for hard work constantly in a couple of months for the coming redpass. Some of them was in northern Sweden on ski vaccation. We fixed the issue as fast as possible, our CTO took an urgent meeting with a Nordea on the weekend (the bank that handles the SWIFT core connection for us) just to make sure the plasement was accepted as fast as possible. Unfortunatley many intermediate partners was/is involved, who was on vaccation.

We are not perfect, mistakes happens, but we are professional and take this issue very seriously!

Good to know even if you had not been paid YOUR paychecks, you all were still financially able to head out for your vacations!

2.Perhaps some of us peasant clients were counting on funds paid for our own vacations or new years plans, but again if some had to cancel plans, or delay financial obligations its small potatoes right?...no need for outrage or frustration by us clients... holidays are not stressful enough as it is.

3.Canceling multiple vacations, calling urgent meetings, assembling a team to correct a corrupted swift file... well I must admit I learn something new everyday...and must admit my own ignorance for not understanding how complicated of an error a corrupted swift file could be... Those things must be a bitch!

4.Hey I know a small percentage of my colleagues in this business will always grant individuals and companies as yourself the benefit of the doubt...and thats fine for them...

However there are those of us who choose to be aggressive pit bulls, with a zero tolerance policy for payouts!

Let this be a lesson learned for you and your company ... Make payout integrity priority NUMBER 1. PERIOD

If funds were in our accounts we would not be at this point...elementary and basic.

You guys in this business got more excuses and reasons for holding on to peoples funds, and sadly my industry colleagues are too full of themselves to see how easy it is for a payment processor to divide and conquer sections of the industry.

There is no reason any of us should be in fighting about not getting paid..in situations like this, even if I am not one of the ones waiting to be paid... I will always side with my industry colleagues before a pseudo banker based in Switzerland

Dude, im not sure how you run your company but from what im reading it either is a small one, or you are doing it wrong.

If you couldnt go on a holiday because of ANY late payment, you should be thinking about hiring a good manager to do the work for you. Really, again: You are doing it wrong.

I cant check if the zombaio team got back home from their holidays early, but if they did i would consider that taking responsibility and putting up priority. What did you want them to do? Fly to your home and pay you?

Again, we cant check WHAT exactly they did to get things corrected. But if tomas is right about those things, they did a fucking LOT.

My beef right now is... why couldn't you have told us all of this last week?

All you needed to say was something like (the short version) "hey everyone, we know the late payments are our fault. It's holiday season and a lot of key heads were on vacation but have been called back in to sort this mess. Your wires will be SENT on this date so you can EXPECT to receive them between these dates".

I wouldn't have had much to say if you just communicated. But instead, we got bad humor about "funds in motion", "money is safe" so on and so forth. Sure, you said "you should be getting your money soon".. but that is a HUGE cry different than giving us exact dates (of course, I'm not expecting a date on when the money will be received, but a date on when the new one was sent was not impossible).

Do you see the difference? Overall, you guys have handled the PR on this situation very badly, and as such, people have responded negatively toward you (myself included).

Edit: Just to clarify... I'm not upset because I was relying on the funds from zombaio. The way we're set up, we have checks coming in every week from different biller's. So it's not about the fact that we NEED the money with me, no, it's about the fact that history repeats itself all too often and I will do everything within my power as a single human being to ensure I, nor my company, gets screwed out of the money that we earned/made.
