aimed and shady cross-sells / rebill aka "continuity" mainstream products were you sign up for a free trial and get your card banged then banged every month until you cancel it.

Looks like a law that formalizes what the card companies were talking about doing voluntarily.
Could be an issue since now instead of just getting in trouble with Visa/MC, you could be in legal trouble. |

be nice to see some cleanup finally
i even had to cancel credit cards because someone was banging them i wont name names...but i setup an email address and signedup to a certain traffic provider with it....ive been joining every dating site in existence apparently since then. there are many kinds of fraud...but out right billing fraud should come with jail sentences |
