Anyone still keeping their resolution?
Mine was to wake up before 9am and so far 6 out of 6 days. Also stopped smoking, but I only had a couple day sometimes. Eating healthy still and exercised 5 of the 6 days. :thumbsup

Been trying to get back to normal human hours of operation as well. Got up and online an hour earlier today.
Also have lingering health problems plus irrational fear of doctors that doesnt help anything. Getting over that hump is a big one.:helpme |
These are great resolutions to bring you good health: to stop smoking, go on a healthy diet, sleep 8 hours a day and exercise. I quit smoking, eat reasonably well, sleep 8 hours a day and exercise. Good luck!
