Wizzo, I've made a career out of finding fresh, new American girls for porn and shoot new ones literally every week from teens to MILFs. It's a ongoing effort for sure. used be be through ads etc... then the cats with the true social skills started placing ads that read make 20k-30K per week... I can't compete with that as I have no true social skills

Used to be adverts in free papers given away at Central London Underground Stations, then a paper with mostly classified ads in. In the end the best method was the Internet where we placed adverts on job sites and CZ search engines.

Models referring friends was a good method.

In CZ the flow of decent new models dried up as girls got to know their friends would end up seeing the content and assholes would use their real name in sites.

In beach and other popular areas like college towns/pubs/fast food spots/etc, hire TWO girls to go around TOGETHER passing out your card and chatting up hotties and telling them about your porn shoots.

Pay the girls either an hourly rate, and/or, a referral fee for every prospect who actually ends up shooting for you.

Great idea. Girls will always trust girls more over some "porn guy" trying to get them to fuck on film. Maybe if the girl is desperate and needs cash bad, but having a girl do the dirty work for ya is ALWAYS the way to go. :)
