I think it happened some years back also.

Of course snow on the ground can be a broad term.
I'm not thinking that there is actual snow on the ground in Hawaii for instance.

lol well in san diego its 72f and sunny.. i know u said states but socal has been 100% nice all year

Looking forward to building a nice big fire in our south Florida home's fireplace tonight. It isn't all that often that we get to enjoy it and not that many homes down here even have a fireplace.

I love socal and it's sunny beaches but it gets dam cold when you get up towards SF.

I don't usually count mountain elevation as on the ground but yes there is snow
in the mountains.

I rock a fireplace too. It's not often we get to use it, but I love it when we do.

The space heater has also been put to use.
