Im looking for skilled Flash designers to do some banner work for me now and in the future. Must have reasonable price range. Please show portfolio..

No offense to the guys who posted here but, If your looking for the best, then look for a Flash developer.

Flash designers are a dime a dozen... you could probably make your own if your tech savvy with an eye for design.

Case in point... theirs so much a Flash developer can do with Actionscript.

A friend of mine is a whizz at Flash.

Using actionscript 3, he's able to create awesome particle effects, motion tracking, geo-location based Flash banners and tap into external sources (XML, Databases etc.) and present customised content.

No offence - I'm sure your good but a Flash designer with 2 out of 5 stars for actionscript can't really do that.

I'll give you a typical scenario... if I spend 30 minutes, a day looking at big boob sites... he could produce a flash banner that picks up the cookie trails i leave, and present a big boob flash banner that i'm more likely to click on.

Small example.
Maybe the OP doesn't need all those extra skills... and requires simple flash banners.

Im pretty sure being that the OP asked for reasonable price range thats they are looking for cool looking clickable banners and thats it.
