4th image down is a mobile landing page, one of many actually. If you view it on your PC its obviously not going to display properly and re-direct to a better page...

Does this not make the case for mobile sites that are non platform specific?

They approved our sister app HerWishMap also.

Whilst we are responsive to their demands, we still will have our new web-mobile app which is exactly the same as the iPhone app yet requires no approval from apple.
