New allegations against Lance Armstrong !
they seemed very detailed this time, wonder if they can make it stick ?

Shouldn't he be allowed to take testosterone? I thought he only had one ball.
|
Who cares, the guy rides bikes for a living. :1orglaugh

I still say that they should just have separate Roid-Leagues and Roid-Olympics. Let the athletes get as fucking jacked as they want to and give them an outlet to perform in. People don't want to see plain old sports, they want to see athletes pissing pure fucking excellence. So let them...

Lance Armstrong won the Tour de France a record seven straight times from 1999 through 2005 :Oh crap
|
I don't want to believe it, thus it's not true. End of story.
|
I say if its in the past let it go. People need something to do huh?

The thing is, everybody knows that all the top cyclists were juicing. Therefore, he didn't have any unfair advantage over the others. If everybody is doing it, you have to do it as well in order to be able to compete on the same terms.
|
Again??.... :(
|
he has as much chance as being a doper as he does being a cocksmoker. i don't believe it.
|
sucks. i thought he was legit :(
im impressed he made it this long though, i figured he be the most tested man on the planet |
If you know anyone who is into competitive cycling they all agree that pretty much ALL of the top teams dope to some degree. Armstrongs guilt is only new news to those outside the sport.

At some point when you're on the verge of bugging people and planting spy's and espionage and sneaking in to steal urine at random and whatnot, maybe you're just fighting a battle that's not worth the fight.

the evidence/facts are pretty vague
They keep blood samples, should be pretty straightforward , test them , if he is doped , suspend him , otherwise they should stop accusing him of shit that is impossible to prove. most of the accusations are joe the ex-doper said " blah blah blah" |
the guy had a resting heartbeat of like 32 , his "normal" numbers are prob not normal for the rest of earth

I'm not saying this means anything but I thought I'd add this to the mix...
I follow Lance on twitter, he tweets when he gets a surprise visit from the various anti-doping agencies. They hit this guy all the time, they follow him wherever he is..they followed him to Aspen for his xmas holiday w/ the family and showed up at his door at like midnight 2 days before xmas. The UCI just sampled him this week while he's in Australia...they are relentless. Personally I wouldn't tolerate that kind of intrusion into my life, its beyond excessive and looks like a witch hunt in my opinion. :2 cents: |

He's still an American hero. The tests aren't like a fucking drug store pregnancy test with a plus or minus in a little window. The drugs that cyclists take aren't steroids that can be easily detected, they are red blood cell boosters and blood thickeners that increase oxygen capacity. Anyway, this shit only matters to NON cycling fans. Drugs have been a part of cycling since the beginning. Riders would carry water bottles of cognac for a little 'boost' on tough stages. |
He is a super human. Just deal with it.
