At What Point Do You Put Ads Up?

How much traffic do you build your sites up to on your tube's before you slap some ads on there?

There is a delicate balance of ads versus content. I think it's fine to put up a minimal amount of ads but def leave out popunders and im ads until your traffic has stabilized.
