Qualifications:

* Advanced knowledge of Flash and AS2/AS3
* 3+ years experience in Flash development
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
* Experience working with graphic designers
* Experience developing and testing across multiple platforms and browsers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Server side interface
