So whats this rumor about judgment against Epass and Mallick in Curacao court?
 

Anybody got details on this? I heard that ZL attorney went to court and got some sort of a ruling in his favor but Mallick came back with some sort of a payment plan because he needed to get the money from his "investments". I can only guess what his "investment" is but its looking to me like a 100% pure ponzi scheme he was running.

What I would like to see is his ass on one of those "American greed" programs on MSNBC.

You can just imagine how the adult industry would be portrayed in a program like that...

Right? Hope that doesn't happen but I do hope Mallick get's what he deserves.

The guy posted a thread about it and also in the original long assed epass thread.. can't remember the titles etc... Yes he won, no, he hasn't got any money. ePass said they weren't making any payments as they needed to liquidate assets etc.

Did he, or the company, ever face any legal ramifications in the US?

This guy must have zero real friends and his kids must know by now why he is hated all over the net. He should have at least come clean with what really happened. Not that "I have no idea!" bullshit.


He has an attorney that specializes in ― including, among other substantive areas, insurance coverage, intellectual property, real estate, white-collar criminal..
